Bangladesh Rural Improvement Foundation (BRIF) is a
not-for-profit non-governmental development organization (NGO) founded in 1984 in
North-West Bangladesh. We endeavour to raise the socio-economic condition of some
of Bangladesh's most disadvantaged and vulnerable communities by mobilizing local
resources in an effective and pragmatic way. We involve people and communities in
creating and delivering projects to develop their own health, education, rights
and livelihoods for a more prosperous and sustainable future.
